Fitting Out a Tenancy to a Date That Cannot Move
A fitout has one hard constraint and it is not the work. It is the date the lease starts charging rent on a space you cannot trade from.
Electrical is usually in the middle of that programme rather than at the end of it, which is why it can quietly become the thing everyone is waiting on. Rough-in has to happen before the ceiling closes. The board and the supply have to be sorted before anything can be tested. And nothing gets an occupancy sign-off without the certification.
So on Camberwell fitouts we work backwards from your date and tell you at the quote stage whether it is achievable. If it is not, we say so then, when you can still do something about it, rather than three weeks out.
Priced Off the Drawings
We quote against the shopfitter's plans, so the scope and the number are the same thing.
Booked Into the Programme
Rough-in before the ceiling closes, fit-off after the painters. We work to the builder's sequence.
Supply Checked Early
Whether the tenancy has the supply for the equipment going into it, established before anything is ordered.
Certified for Sign-Off
Testing and certification done in time for occupancy, not chased afterwards.
